Covid Testing

Hello world! We are excited to offer accurate and quick genetic testing for COVID-19. Below is the consent form you must complete.

Your test kit should come with a cup for your saliva and sputum sample, a bio-hazard bag, a lab form to fill out, and a set of instructions. If you need another set of instructions click the link below. In the instructions, there are details for where to take your sample. If you need it, there is a google maps link below.

If you have symptoms and/or if you are positive it is imperative you contact your primary doctor (or establish with one), self-quarantine at home, visit a clinic or the emergency room, wear a mask, and follow CDC recommended guidelines. A link to the CDC guidelines are HERE.
